We provide high-quality care, guarantee residents’ well-being, respect their rights and contribute positively to society as a whole. Residents have fundamental rights such as dignity, autonomy and privacy. We must respect these rights and ensure that residents are treated with respect, compassion and fairness. We are the guarantors of their active participation in the decisions that affect them.
